REFUND POLICY
Lucky 7 Spirit may only accept returns for defective goods, as per Oregon state law. In such cases, we will provide a replacement of the same item, refund the credit card used to purchase the item, or issue a store credit for the amount paid. Customers who paid with cash must provide a receipt as confirmation of their purchase at Lucky 7 Spirit.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
All refunds must be made within 30 days of the transaction.
